What are the typical profiles of the employees on your team?

At the London office where I worked, all of the team members were educated in London in Business-oriented schools like LSE, Oxford or Cambridge. It should be noted that all of them started directly in real estate-related businesses ... Asset Management team members have often completed studies or training in architecture.

At the Paris office, some are graduates of Grandes Ecoles de Commerce, others of Grandes Ecoles d'Ingénieurs.

No special specialization in real estate is required at the entrance.

 Can you tell us a little more about the major contemporary issues related to your job?

The second issue related to investment in real estate lies in the fact that it is an activity largely correlated to the economic situation . Since the economic crisis of 2008, banks are much less inclined to lend money. This contracts the investment by forcing the funds to reduce their initial leverage, which they are not always ready to do to guarantee high returns to their investors.
